PROVEN 7-STEP PROCESS TO STOP LEAKS AND RESOTRE INTEGRITY

1. Active Leak

Identify where the active leak is coming from.

2. Apply DUROSTIK Putty

Kneed DUROSTIK putty and fouce it into the leak. Mold and shape to stop the flow of water.

3. Apply DUROWRAP

Apply DUROWRAP in a spiral pattern with 50% overlap over the sealed area.

4. Consolidate with Stretch Film

Consolidate the repair by wrapping with stretch film to apply compression and remove air voids.

5. Perforate Stretch Film

Use the perforation tool lightly across the stretch film to create micropores that allow entrapped gases to escape during cure.

6. Remove Stretch Film

Remove and discard the stretch film. Only the high-strength composite repair remains.

7. Repair Complete

Repair is complete. System is ready to cure. High-strength, long-lasting leak repair.
