technical sales representative

Duromar is growing and adding to our team. We are currently looking to add a Senior Technical Sales Rep who is focused on Industrial Repair & Maintenance (MRO) Coatings & Linings. 

This is a field-driven, consultative sales role focused on solving complex corrosion, erosion, chemical attack, abrasion, Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion (MIC), and structural degradation challenges in heavy industrial environments.

This is not a commodity coatings position. It is a failure-analysis-driven technical role requiring strong application fluency and the ability to sell 100% solids, solvent-free repair systems into maintenance and asset integrity programs.

The successful candidate will drive profitable growth by promoting and supporting advanced industrial coating and lining solutions across power generation, chemical processing, hydrocarbon, mining, pulp & paper, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and wastewater markets.

This role is field-based and customer-facing, with regular visits to plants, EPC firms, engineering offices, and active project sites.
