Trenchless Repair, CIPP/SIPP

Whether diverting major traffic arteries, or bypassing sewer and water lines, replacing aging pipeline infrastructure requires serious planning, time, and expense. Not only are the rehabilitation costs of trenching, shoring, deconstruction, and re-installation extremely high, certain applications simply must be repaired in-situ or in-place.

Cure-in-place-pipe (CIPP) and Spray-in-place-pipe (SIPP) allows for the ultimate in trenchless rehabilitation. Internal repair and reinforcement of failing host pipes allows for existing piping structures to remain in place, with new rehabilitation technologies installed inside of them.

These highly engineered systems are designed with ASTM F1216 in mind, and are designed to handle external loads that may be present such as live loads, soil stress seismic loading, and any shifts in force or process.

Duromar manufactures ultra-high strength impregnating resins and cutting edge technical fabrics that exhibit specific strength-to-weight ratios that are many times greater than steel.

When engineered and installed correctly, these systems do not require the integrity of the host pipe, and can continue to perform even if the original pipe fails.
