HPL-4330

DUROMAR HPL-4330 is a trowellable, 100% solids novolac lining with outstanding chemical resistance. It is primarily used in areas requiring the ultimate in chemical and abrasion resistance. It is most efficiently applied by grout pump. It can also be applied by trowel or squeegee.

Novolac epoxy with a uniquely modified cycloaliphatic amine hardener.

  • Solids by Weight - 100%
  • Mix Ratio by Weight - 2:1 (B/A)
  • Mix Ratio by Volume - 2:1 (B/A)
  • Working Time - 30 minutes @ 70°F
  • Recoat Time (min/max) - 3-8 hours @ 70°F
  • Functional Cure - 48 hours @ 70°F
  • Full Cure - 168 hours @ 70°F
